The primary client base served by Entrust consists of elder adults in Yuma, La Paz and Maricopa counties. We also serve younger persons with disabilities and diminished capacity.

Lisa M. Price, LF, NCG

Entrust Fiduciary Services, Inc. was founded on April 27, 2004 by Lisa M. Price and Dawn Walters in response to an overwhelming need in the Yuma community for a private provider of fiduciary services. Entrust Fiduciary Services, Inc. focuses on asset management by providing conservatorship, probate, trust administration and services as agent under a durable power of attorney. Entrust works in close cooperation with its sister company, Entrust Guardianship Services, LLC, to ensure that the all clients receive the highest quality care and services.

Lisa M. Price is the Principal Fiduciary for Entrust Fiduciary Services, Inc. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University. She is credentialed by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Licensed Fiduciary and by the National Guardianship Association as a National Certified Guardian. Lisa has served on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association since 2005 and is the past president. She was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the National Guardianship Association and began her term in January 2011. Lisa also serves on the Board of Directors for Casa Sierra Vista, a low-income housing development for elderly and disabled individuals in Yuma County. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Hospice of Yuma where she served as Treasurer for two years.

Lisa was raised in Yuma where she worked as a Certified Fiduciary in Private Practice for several years prior to founding Entrust. She has extensive experience in guardianship, conservatorship, probate and trust matters, long term care, and geriatric issues. Lisa was the recipient of the 2008 National Guardianship Association, Inc.’s Outstanding Affiliate Award and the 2010 Arizona Fiduciaries Association, Inc.’s Leadership Award.

Her professional accomplishments include work as a Certified Paralegal for a firm specializing in tax, corporate, and estate planning matters, serving as a consultant to the Texas Guardianship Advisory Board , and serving as the program monitor for the Texas Task Force on Indigent Defense, where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with $27 million in grants to Texas’ 254 counties.

She was an invited presenter at the 2008 Governor’s Conference on Aging, as a guest speaker at Congressman Raul Grijalva’s community forum on privatization of the Social Security system in 2006, and has been invited to conduct trainings on Elder Abuse and life care planning at the Yuma Proving Grounds “Safety Days” for the last 6 years. Lisa is a frequent presenter at the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, Inc. annual two-day educational conferences and has spoken on subjects such as Conservatorship 101, Fiduciary Fees and operating a paperless office.

Lisa was honored to be invited to present, along with her colleague Dawn Walters, at the First Annual Canadian Conference on Elder Law, sponsored in October 2005 by the prestigious Canadian Centre for Elder Law Studies. She is frequently invited to give presentations and training sessions to various local organizations on aging related topics such as end-of-life planning, the roles and responsibilities of a fiduciary and issues related to elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
